The ruling

The Former Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $3,055.78 in rent arrears and $201.00 in application filing costs by May 28, 2023. If the full amount is not paid by that date, the Former Tenant will start owing interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
