What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $4,129.93 by March 31, 2023 or $5,550.48 by April 9, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must move out by April 9, 2023 and pay the Landlord $1,338.37 plus daily compensation of $46.70 from March 2, 2023 until move-out.
