What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $17,675.50 by May 31, 2023 or $19,320 by June 10, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by June 10, 2023 and pay $13,402.33 to the Landlord.
