What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $16,994.84 by June 30, 2023 or $18,898.26 by July 10, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must move out by July 10, 2023 and pay the Landlord $13,683.67, which includes rent arrears and the application filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest.
