What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is conditionally terminated. The Tenants can void the eviction by paying $3,674.14 to the Landlord by May 31, 2025. If they fail to pay, they must vacate by June 3, 2025, and will owe the Landlord $953.78 plus $57.51 in daily compensation from May 15, 2025, until they move out. The Landlord can file with the Sheriff for eviction on or after June 4, 2025.
