What happened

The Landlord, Ranee Management, applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants, Neriza Danganan and Percy Maglente, for non-payment of rent. The Tenants were properly served notice of the hearing but did not attend. The hearing proceeded based solely on the Landlord's evidence.

The ruling

The tenancy is conditionally terminated. The Tenants can void the eviction by paying $3,674.14 to the Landlord by May 31, 2025. If they fail to pay, they must vacate by June 3, 2025, and will owe the Landlord $953.78 plus $57.51 in daily compensation from May 15, 2025, until they move out. The Landlord can file with the Sheriff for eviction on or after June 4, 2025.
