What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $3,809.64 by December 31, 2023 or $5,680.26 by January 3, 2024 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by January 3, 2024. The Landlord is entitled to compensation for the Tenant's continued occupation of the unit after November 24, 2023.
