What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent as per the mediated settlement issued by the LTB on June 7, 2021.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants pay $3,399.50 by May 31, 2023 or $4,595.08 by June 30, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenants do not pay, they must vacate the unit by June 30, 2023 and pay the Landlord $2,183.45 plus daily compensation of $39.31 starting June 1, 2023.
