What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective June 4, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $11,130 by May 31, 2023 or $13,866 by June 4, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $6,533.14 to the Landlord, which includes rent arrears up to the hearing date and the cost of filing the application, minus the rent deposit and interest on the deposit.
