What happened

The Landlord applied to evict the Tenant using a Notice to End your Tenancy For Causing Serious Problems in the Rental Unit or Residential Complex (N7), alleging the Tenant seriously impaired safety by not maintaining the unit's sanitation and not participating in pest control.
