What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord served a valid N4 Notice and the Tenant did not void the notice by paying the arrears.

The ruling

Unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $3,547.26 by February 29, 2024 or $4,290.39 by March 10, 2024, the tenancy will be terminated. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay the Landlord $2,229.86 and vacate the unit by March 10, 2024.
