The ruling
The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $2,076, which includes $1,875 in rent arrears up to April 30, 2022 and $201 in application filing costs. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by June 11, 2023, they will owe 6% annual interest on the outstanding balance starting June 12, 2023.
