What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 19, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,970.74, which includes the outstanding utility costs from the previous order, less the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $44.28 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting June 9, 2023 until the Tenant vacates.
