The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 27, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,828.31 (less any payments made after the application was filed) and $58.80 per day for use of the unit from June 17, 2023 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 27, 2023, they will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
