The ruling
The parties agreed that the tenancy terminated on April 15, 2024 when the Tenant vacated the rental unit. The Tenant owes the Landlord $16,748.35, including rent arrears and costs. If the Tenant complies with the payment schedule, the Landlord will waive $5,748.35 of the arrears, and the Tenant will pay $11,000.00.
