What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant has been persistently late in paying the rent.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenant will continue if the Tenant pays the rent on time for a 12-month period from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlords may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. The Tenant must also pay the Landlords $186 for the cost of filing the application.
