What happened

The landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenants due to the tenants' failure to meet certain conditions specified in a mediated settlement agreement. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 17, 2023. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction. The landlords are entitled to daily compensation from the date of the order to the date the tenants move out.
