What happened

The Tenant requested a review of a previous LTB review order which confirmed an eviction for non-payment of rent. The Tenant sought to reargue the original case. The ruling

The Tenant's second request for review was denied without a hearing. The order issued on July 30, 2025, remains confirmed and unchanged. The Board noted that disagreement with a decision is not a valid basis for a second review request under the Statutory Powers Procedure Act and Board Rules.
