The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $6,477.74 for rent arrears up to March 31, 2023 and the application filing costs, by April 30, 2023. The Tenant is also ordered to pay the April 2023 rent of $1,722.13 by April 30, 2023. If the Tenant fails to make these payments, the Landlord may apply to the LTB for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
