The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $10,592.64 to void the order by May 16, 2023. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $5,043.30 to the Landlord, which includes rent arrears and the filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay daily compensation of $61.16 from March 30, 2023 until they move out.
