What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $2,007.53 to the Landlord and $55.77 per day in compensation starting June 20, 2023 until they move out.
