What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective May 27, 2023. The tenant must pay the landlord $1,616.33, which includes the remaining rent arrears and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest. The tenant must also pay the landlord $66.16 per day for use of the unit starting May 17, 2023 until the tenant moves out.
