What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the tenant must move out of the rental unit by May 23, 2023. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction. The tenant must pay the landlords $186.00 for the application filing fee. If the tenant does not pay the amount by May 23, 2023, they will start to owe interest at 6.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
