What happened

Landlord applied for termination of tenancy and eviction due to willful damage caused by Tenants or their guests. Landlord also claimed compensation for each day Tenants remained after termination date and sought payment for out-of-pocket expenses resulting from Tenants' conduct that substantially interfered with Landlord's reasonable enjoyment or lawful rights.
