What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to their failure to meet a condition specified in a previous LTB order. The Tenants were required to pay $600 towards rent arrears by April 15, 2023, but failed to do so.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 29, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $4,267.89 plus $49.60 per day starting May 19, 2023 until they vacate the unit. The previous LTB order (LTB-L-050994-22) is cancelled.
