What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $32,086 to void the order by May 31, 2023. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must move out by May 31, 2023 and pay the Landlord $25,526.60 plus daily compensation of $89.59 from March 17, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
