What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant's Estate due to the Tenant or their guest causing damage to the property, substantially interfering with the Landlord's reasonable enjoyment, and the Landlord requiring vacant possession to do major repairs or renovations.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 10, 2024. The Tenant's Estate is ordered to pay the Landlord $150 for damage to the exterior of the rental complex and $186 for the application fee, for a total of $336. If the amount is not paid by April 29, 2024, the Tenant will owe interest at 7% annually on the outstanding balance.
