What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling
The tenancy is preserved on the condition that the Tenant pays $1,000 per month from June 2023 to March 2023, with a final payment of $1,009.18 by April 15, 2023. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the Landlord may apply to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant.
