What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Landlord in good faith requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation for at least one year.
The ruling
The Landlord's application is dismissed as withdrawn. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord the compensation of $700 paid for the application on or before January 21, 2023. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by the due date, they will start to owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
