What happened

The Landlords applied for an order for the Former Tenants to pay rent arrears and daily compensation. The Tenants had requested to end the tenancy early to move to a new location. Although the Landlords waived the standard 60-day notice requirement and agreed to a termination date of March 31, 2025, the Tenants failed to pay for the final period of occupancy before vacating on March 29, 2025.
