The parties consented to the following order: 1) Tenant shall pay rent in full and on time from August 1, 2024 to July 1, 2025. 2) If Tenant fails to comply, Landlord may apply under section 78 for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. 3) Landlord waives the application filing costs.
