The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 27, 2023. The tenant must pay the landlord $5,525.82, which includes the remaining rent arrears from the previous order and new arrears, less the rent deposit and interest. The tenant must also pay $43.05 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting May 17, 2023 until the tenant moves out.
