What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord also applied for an order to terminate the tenancy due to persistent late payment, but withdrew this application.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $9,460.84 to void the order by May 14, 2023. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must move out by May 14, 2023 and pay the Landlord $6,493.27, plus daily compensation of $27.53 from March 15, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
