The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $19,702.15 by February 28, 2025 or $21,602.15 by March 31, 2025. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must vacate the unit by March 31, 2025 and pay the Landlord $702.15 plus daily compensation of $62.47 from February 1, 2025 until the Tenant vacates.
