What happened

The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $4,724.80 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $70.68 per day starting May 25, 2023 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 4, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
