What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Landlords in good faith require possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation for at least one year.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by April 30, 2023. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement. The Landlord has compensated the Tenant one month's rent, and the last month's rent deposit will be applied to the last month of the tenancy.
