What happened

The Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to persistent late payment of rent. Between November 2023 and December 2024, the Tenant was late paying rent twelve times. In 2025, the Tenant failed to pay any rent for ten consecutive months. The Tenant is ordered to move out by this date and pay the Landlord $186.00 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant remains in the unit, the Landlord may enforce the eviction through the Sheriff on or after November 19, 2025.
