The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective April 7, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $317.25 plus $58.88 per day starting March 28, 2023 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by April 7, 2023, they will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
