What happened

Tenant applied for an order determining that the Landlord entered the rental unit illegally, substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex, and harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenant.

The ruling

The Landlord must pay the Tenant $2,350 for illegally entering the Tenant's storage space, attempting to unilaterally remove the Tenant's storage space and parking, and for the Tenant's application filing fee.
