What happened

The ruling
The Tenants are ordered to pay $8,787.57 (less any payments made) to the Landlord for rent arrears up to June 30, 2023 and costs. The Tenants shall pay $600 per month from July 2023 to August 2024, and a final payment of $387.57 in September 2024. The Tenants shall also pay new rent on time and in full during this period. If the Tenants fail to make any payment, the Landlord may apply to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants.
