The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 7, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,319.78, which includes the outstanding amount from the previous order, less the rent deposit and interest owed to the Tenant. The Landlord is also entitled to daily compensation of $42.18 from March 28, 2023 until the Tenant vacates the unit.
