What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $4,764.88 on or before August 31, 2024. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $2,138.81 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by August 31, 2024. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement starting September 1, 2024.
