What happened

The Landlord initially applied for eviction because the Tenant or a person permitted by the Tenant seriously impaired the safety of others in the complex. After an order was issued in November 2024, the Landlord's representative requested a review. By the time the review hearing was held, the Tenant had already vacated the unit pursuant to a different Board order. Consequently, the Landlord withdrew the review request.

The request to review order LTB-L-027788-24 is denied as the Landlord withdrew the request. The original order remains confirmed and unchanged. The interim order staying the original decision is cancelled, as the Tenant has already vacated the unit through a separate proceeding.
