What happened

The Landlord applied for an order requiring the Tenant to pay for outstanding water utility expenses. The Tenant was responsible for water charges under the tenancy agreement. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $2,033.03 by December 31, 2025. This amount includes $1,847.03 for unpaid water utilities and $186.00 for the application filing fee. If payment is not made by the due date, interest will accrue at a rate of 4% annually starting January 1, 2026.
