What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to meet a condition contained in a previous order issued by the Board. The Tenant filed a motion to set aside the eviction order.

The ruling

The Tenant's motion to set aside the eviction order is granted. The Tenant is ordered to pay the rent arrears of $4,310.23 in two installments by August 15, 2023 and September 15, 2023, and to pay the July 2023 rent by July 20, 2023. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
