What happened
The Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to persistent late payment of rent. The ruling
The tenancy is allowed to continue provided the Tenants adhere to strict 'pay on time' conditions. The Tenants must pay the October 2025 rent by October 24, 2025, and thereafter pay all rent in full and on time on the first of each month until October 1, 2026. If a breach occurs, the Landlord may apply for an eviction order without further notice to the Tenants.
