What happened

The Landlord applied for a review of a previous order which dismissed her application to terminate the tenancy for personal use. The original application was dismissed because the Landlord failed to prove she required the unit in good faith for her own residential occupation. The Board found no serious errors in the previous determination that the Landlord lacked a genuine, good-faith intent to occupy the rental unit.
