What happened
The Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants for non-payment of rent. To void the eviction and continue the tenancy, the Tenants must pay $10,373.39 by October 31, 2025, or $12,573.39 by November 3, 2025. Tenant 2 remains liable for the debt despite having moved out.
