What happened

The ruling
Unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $5,086.62 by 2024-08-31 or $7,057.62 by 2024-09-06, the tenancy is terminated. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $2,033.39 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by 2024-09-06. The Tenant will owe daily compensation of $64.80 for any holdover period.
