What happened

The ruling

The Landlord's application to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant for non-payment of rent is granted. The Tenant may void the order and continue the tenancy by paying $1,823.50 on or before July 31, 2024. If the Tenant does not pay the amount, the Tenant must move out by July 31, 2024. The Landlord is authorized to deduct $46.70 per day for compensation for the Tenant's continued occupation of the unit starting June 28, 2024.
