The ruling

Unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $8,602.32 by July 9, 2024, the tenancy will be terminated and the Tenant must move out. If not voided, Tenant owes Landlord $4,497.10 plus daily compensation of $57.16 starting June 19, 2024.
